With Solid and Carved Maple back and sides, there are no laminated pieces of wood on this guitar! It is both visually and sonically beautiful! The ribs, or sides, are made from solid mahogany. The body features PRS's scraped binding to elevate the look even further.
The piezo pickup system blends with the humbuckers seamlessly thanks to a 3-way mini toggle switch. The Piezo provides authentic-sounding acoustic guitar tones at the flick of a switch. A pair of 58/15 LT Humbuckers sound warm, rich, smooth, and thick. The guitar is as versatile as it is musical! You can hear either the piezo, the humbuckers, or both simultaneously. You can even plug into 2 separate amps and get the fullest sound you've ever experienced!
The neck is made from Mahogany and it has a great-looking rosewood fingerboard. It is carved into a Pattern Profile which measures 7/8" in depth at the nut. A 10" Fingerboard Radius, 25" scale length, and 1 and 11/16" nut width round out the neck specs.
