According to PRS the "H" stands for Heyboer Output transformer. As far as I am concerned it stands for "Hell Ya"! Really want to know how this amp sounds? Picture this, you have been drinking Johnny Walker all night, head home and get pulled over. Our hard working officer asks you if you have been drinking? You say "Hell Ya!" You then are asked to step out of the car but you become belligerent and the officer has no choice but use his taser on you. After 5 minutes of intense pain you are hauled off and spend the night in the drunk tank with a transvestite named "Mary".

Only 4 months old and hardly used this amp is set for stun. The clean channel has great head room with a nice breakup around 7 or 8 that gives you that classic American twin tone but not as bright and biting as a Fender. The dirty channel is like a bodybuilder on steroids, smooth and well defined with a lot of beef. Great amp for both single coil and humbucker pickups. The global reverb is warm and vibrant.

One of the most versatile amps I have tried. Works great for rock, blues, country and can even get into metal territory.
