You will need a "Cold Shot" after playing this guitar during a "Texas Flood" and if you fingers start to bleed use a little super glue to patch them up and get back to "Lenny".
This Used Fender® Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Stratocaster® is powered with a set of Lindy Fralin pickups that were assembled by "you know who" down at the crossroads. You will have more than hell hounds on your tail when you whip this guitar out at the next gig and stun the audience with your liquid blues licks. The women will scream and cry and want to shove money down you pants while the men will drop their drinks and walk out dejected.
Now back to reality! These Lindy Fralin pickups really have some pop and kick. Great blues and rock tone that really bites hard and refuses to let go. The neck is a thick "oval" shape that is perfect for guys with bigger hands. Great for bending and fast licks.
Back of the headstock was autographed by Arc Angels guitarist and songwriter Chris Duarte.

This used Gibson Les Paul Special in Natural might look plain Jane but underneath the hood we have a cougar ready to pounce. The P90's are the bad girl to Fender's girl next door single coil. And with every bad girl the P90's are much more fun to play with. Chock-full of snarl and bite these pickups bring out the best of blues and rock with plenty of twang to keep up with them country folk.
The neck is slippery and quick and can get away from you if don't keep complete control of it. Bends and fast licks come off hotter than hinges of hell on a Halloween night so be sure not to be wearing your gasoline underwear.

This guitar brings back memories. Big hair, spandex, amps that go to 11 and girls wearing practically nothing passing out flyers on Sunset Strip for bands like Pretty Boy Floyd, Bullet Boys, Faster Pussycat, and LA Guns. How I miss those days and my case of Aqua Net Extra Hold. Now our hair is gone, the spandex doesn't fit and the girls are now our daughters. Cest La Vive! But now you can relive those golden days with this super slick Charvel So-Cal.
Loaded to the bone with a couple of hot Dimarzio pickups this guitar is the bully on the block. Nothing subtle here, it gets right into your face, smiles, than tears it off. Not a guitar I would take to your local blues jam unless it was held in a biker bar were men are men, woman are truck drivers and the sweat smells like Jack Daniels.
The neck is designed for one thing, speed. Not the movie, but pure amphetamine driven, vomit inducing, mind blowing speed. Be careful because you might cause your audience to stroke out. The big frets allow for super bends and the flat mounted Floyd Rose gives you the ability to make all those funny horsy noises.
If you are a shredder or a guy who wants to relive your youth or piss off your fellow guitar players buy this guitar. You won't be disappointed.

We call this Fender Custom Shop 57 Stratocaster NOS in Fiesta Red the Hank Marvin model. Hank was the lead guitar player for the English band "The Shadows". His Strat was the first when in England and was is in Fiesta Red with gold hardware. Hank influenced players like Mark Knopfler, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, David Gilmour and Jeff Beck.
Tone wise this guitar is about as vintage sounding as you can get. Clear, bell like tones with no muddiness in the bass. Chords sound awesome and leads really pop from this guitar.
The 10/56 V neck is on the larger side but still very easy to play. Chords were really easy to play. The 6105 frets made for easy bending.

I once took tango lessons from a smokin hot latin woman who used to whisper in my ear "Cabronita" which I think means you dance like a idiot. Good news is that this guitar is hotter than Charo after a couple of shots of tequila.
The modern C neck is the easiest neck to play in the Fender lineup. Perfect for guys with small to medium hands and really helps cut down on the fatigue especially after playing those long nights on the love boat. The medium jumbo frets are well dressed and the edges are nice and smooth. Bending is easy and chords ring nice and true.
The TV Jones pickups produce a nice fat sound with a little extra in the bass and the mids and highs are round with very little edge to them, the Kim Kardashian of pickups. Slightly over driven the pickups sang a sweet melody that was close to sonic heaven as you can get. My blues licks were sweet as honey and dripping with vintage vibe that I almost changed my name to Cholera Joe.

When I first saw this Lamboo Telecaster I was starting to wonder if Fender was having guitars made by IKEA. For the record Lamboo stands for laminated bamboo. I thought it was the name of a Panda Bear.
Just like the Chinese new year this thing roars like a dragon, thankfully not like a rabbit which was the year I was born. Through a vintage Fender Deluxe this guitar has twang to the core with a slightly brighter edge to both the bridge and neck pickup. Country licks poured like moonshine from a still and my blues licks would make Albert Collins melt. Good rock vibe with just enough juice to give you that Zeppelin tone through a Marshall.
The neck is the bomb. Fast and easy to play it is the perfect fit for all types of players. The nicely finished medium jumbo frets facilitate great bending and smooth chording. If you are looking for something unique and different stop in and check out this guitar.

Last night I pulled into a Taco Bell Drive Thru and said give me a Cabronita with everything on it. They were so confused they sent out a guy to get me a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Not sure what Cabronita means but I can tell you this is hotter and spicier than a bowl Texas Chili.
First thing you will notice is the neck. Designed for ease of play and fast licks this neck is so easy to play you will think you have seven fingers. Bending is a piece of cake and chords sound full and ring true.
The TV Jones pickups are big and fat without that muddiness you can get from a PAF on a Gibson. Very clear through the clean channel of a Mesa Boogie Mark V. I was amazed by the clarity of the notes and the ringing sustain from these pickups. In an overdrive setting the pickups really sing a sweet song. Sustains for days and keeps all the tone without diving into feedback.
If you are looking for a guitar that has a different vibe check this one out.

I love Butterscotch Blonde Teles. So much so I once asked my wife to dye her hair Butterscotch Blonde. She said no and told me that she has a divorce lawyer on speed dial. Another fantasy stomped on by an uncaring world. Thank god for this Fender American Vintage 52 Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde.
Built to all the original specs this Tele moves easily from country to rock, blues to jazz. Great twang in the bridge position that will transport you back to the day when country players wore big hats and neck ties and played on Hee Haw. Overdrived the pickup has a great early rock tone that you hear on those early Yardbird and Zeppelin albums. The neck pickup is smooth with a little darkness to it. Nice and mellow and would easily find a home at the Cotton Club playing smokey jazz.
The neck is a big U shape that for my smaller hands. I really had to spend a little time with it to get used to the neck. The 7.25" radius and Vintage Style frets screams early 50's when chord playing was the norm and bending was something that Jules Verne wrote about.

This Fender® American Vintage '57 Stratocaster® Reissue in Black harkens back to the day of black and white TV's with no remote, computers the size of a small building, pointy bras, bomb shelters, nuclear wars, dogs in space and guitars designed for three chords songs. Thankfully those days are gone since I am not sure what I would do if I had to keep getting up to change the channel on the TV.
This strat has a tone that would put hair on Eisenhower's head. Early rockers who love Buddy Holly and surf music will love the tone from this strat. Crystal clear and bell like when combined with a Victoria 2112 I felt like I was playing "Chances Are" in a smoky bar in New York with Lucky Luciano in the audience or sitting in with Fats Domino in a juke joint down south.
Neck is perfect for the chord player and non bender. The vintage style frets and 7.25" radius makes this a little harder to bend on but can be done with a little finesse.
If you want vintage without spending big bucks try out this guitar.
