The Guild D-40 Bluegrass Jubilee Acoustic Guitar is a great guitar for the money. A great sounding guitar that has a real nice bottom end. Not too overwhelming but perfect for the player looking for that low end thump. The mids and nice a clear sounding and the highs add a nice balance to the overall sound. The neck is bit on the thicker side and if you are used to a thinner neck this might take a little getting used to. The D-Tar system sounds great and is easy to use but does add some weight to the end of the guitar since the battery compartment and some of the electronics are located at the end pin. Comes with original hard shell case.

The Guild D-40 Bluegrass Jubilee Acoustic Guitar is one of the best values on the market today. This guitar has a great tone and the Antique Sunburst looks terrific. Tone wise this guitar has a real nice bass, not too booming but really gives you and nice thump in the chest. The mids are super clear and smooth and the highs have a nice sparkle. The neck is a little bit on the larger side which if you are used to skinny necks this might take a little getting used to. Great for all styles and players. The D-Tar system sounds great and is very easy to use. It does make the end of the guitar a little heavy since the battery and unit is located at the end pin. Comes with original hard shell case.
