Fender Custom Shop LTD 2010 Roadshow Telecaster in Red Sparkle
Our Price:
$2,985.00
This Guitar Ships FREE to the lower 48 states!
“There’s no place like the stage, there’s no place like the stage …” Sparkling brighter than Dorothy’s ruby slippers, this Fender Custom Shop LTD 2010 Roadshow Telecaster in Red Sparkle finish plays faster than a flying monkey and sings sweeter than Judy Garland! Despite the obvious resemblance to those famous shoes, this guitar is far more than mere eye candy.
Sporting modern features such as a heel carve for improved upper fret access, locking tuners for added stability, 4-way switching, a modern bridge and Grease Bucket tone controls, this is one wicked axe! Lightning fast runs, huge bends, effortless slides and snappy pops jump off the dark rosewood fretboard while the mid 60’s “C” neck feels just right in your hand.
Tonally, the Abby Hand Wound neck pickup pushes out a deliciously warm and smooth sound that growls like a lion when pushed. Switching to Position 3 turns this guitar into the king of the blues, while Position 2 offers up a very useful clone of position 4 on a Strat. The Duncan BG in the bridge serves up the perfect blend of brightness and clarity that cuts thru clean and can go from nasty overdrive to singing sustain for harder Rock. The beautiful sparkle finish and modern touches on this guitar really make this a stand-out for the working musician who needs access to a wide variety of tones. Oh, and just a suggestion – leave the ruby slippers at home, nobody needs to see those on stage.
Our price includes personalized set up, hardshell case, and free shipping to the continental United States.

Fender Custom Shop Ltd. Edition Esquire Relic Desert Sand

$6,600.00
Our Price:
$5,280.00
You Save $1,320.00
This Guitar Ships FREE to the lower 48 states!
Calling all Jeff Beck fans!! This Fender Custom Shop Ltd. Edition Esquire Relic is 1 of only 30 made and is aimed at all you 50's Fender aficionados out there. Finished in an expertly relic’d shade of Desert Sand, the well worn gold / copper pick guard and hardware add just the right patina to this axe. Throw in a very comfy and worn in 10/56 V-shaped neck and you’ll be making fast runs and big bends with no problemo.
Oh, and this is one very resonant guitar that sustains extremely well – both unplugged and Wired (did you catch that?). Here’s the Blow by Blow (hee hee) … this treasure is loaded with a Duncan BG-1400 bridge pickup that is connected to Eldred custom wiring and the Grease Bucket tone circuit, which is a fancy way of saying 'three great tones from one pickup.' The neck position is a bit muted but works well with overdrive, while the bridge position is bright but not harsh – very good for Country cleans to driven Rock leads. The tone knob affects the middle position only, but it’s all you’ll need to wrangle everything from smoldering Jazz to all out Rock from one pickup! Truth is (look, I did it again!), this one is for the discerning Esquire fan who is looking for something special from the Fender Custom Shop.
With its “old school” Beck vibe, wide range of tones and Rough and Ready (stop it, you’re killing me!) worn feel, you’ll be hard pressed to find another like it. If you love that biting, snarling Esquire thing, this one does it all day long. Ok, tired of the Beck references? Well, You Had It Coming! (Ha! I crack myself up …)
Our price includes personalized set up, hardshell case, and free shipping to the continental United States.

Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Pro Closet Classic Copper Metallic

Our Price:
$3,504.00
You Save $876.00

“Every girl’s crazy for a sharp dressed man …” And this Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Pro is certainly a looker with its aged Copper Metallic finish over a light and very resonant 100 year old pine body. The nitro finish sports some fine lines and checking that add to the patina, while the large “C” neck feels fast, solid and meaty with a silky smooth finish.
Everything about this guitar screams “classy” but she’s no prima donna. This is a working man’s axe that knows how to dress up for the show. The Twisted Tele neck pickup throws down full, round and warm tones perfect for Jazz. Mix in a little overdrive and you’re in for a treat with fat, juicy blues tones. The middle position sparkles and the Master Built bridge pickup provides a spanky, but never thin, voice that is excellent for Country pickin’. Roll back the tone knob a bit, jack up the overdrive and you can dial in great rock lead tones.
These pickups complement each other very well and offer the player a wide range of tonal options that’ll cover any style with confidence. Much like the Reverend Billy G. himself, this guitar is a sharp dressed tone monster. A very classy interpretation of the Tele, this workhorse can go from an exclusive Jazz dinner party to Country honky tonk to whiskey soaked Blues bar to a full on Rock show and feel right at home.
Our price includes personalized set up, original hardshell case, case candy, certificate of authenticity and free shipping to the continental United States.

Fender® Custom Shop 1950's Telecaster® Relic in White Blonde

Take a shot of this “white lightning” and you’ll know you’ve got hold of some powerful stuff! This ain’t your daddy’s tele my friend.
The neck is a thicker, meaty “V” shape which, though full, feels comfortable and is great for picking and chording. It’s not for shredding, but then why would you? Sporting a Fender DH-1 humbucker in the neck and a Nocaster pickup in the bridge, you can dial in white hot licks ranging from Clapton’s “Crossroads” to Neil Young and The Clash all the way to your favorite jazz tones. The DH-1 pickup gives off more pronounced mids that nicely accentuate the natural warmth of the neck position and provide a solid bite for blues, rock and jazz. In the middle position, you get a bright mid honk that works great for overdriven blues and will sit well in any mix. And the bridge twangs and quacks out a serious honky tonk tone perfect for country and blues licks.
This guitar exudes a cool “old school” 50’s vibe with just the right amount of relic’ing and a nice wood grain showing through the white blonde finish. If you’re looking for something a little different from the normal telecaster that’s versatile enough for Country, Rockabilly, Roots, Rock or Jazz, then you need to sample a bit of this “hooch” and see if you can handle all this baby can dish out.
Our price includes personalized set up, hardshell case, and free shipping to the continental United States.

Fender® Custom Shop 60th Anniversary Broadcaster® Limited in Nocaster Blonde - Limited to 60 pieces worldwide
Our Price:
$6,000.00
This Guitar Ships FREE in the USA
With devotees ranging from 50’s country / jazz superstar Jimmy Bryant to Tom Petty’s Mike Campbell (American Girl, Breakdown, I Need to Know), the Fender Broadcaster (soon to be renamed Telecaster) arguably started a revolution in electrified music. As if that wasn’t enough of a pedigree, were it not for Gretsch’s claim to the “Broadkaster” name, the “tele” moniker may well never have been invented and the Broadcaster would rule today’s country scene. Imagine that – a world without the Tele. But I digress … Luckily, the crew over at Leo’s place saw fit to give us back a little of that early magic via this Fender® Custom Shop 60th Anniversary Broadcaster in Nocaster Blonde finish. One of only 60 pieces made worldwide, this is sure to become a collector’s item. And you’d be remiss not to add this one to your collection.
Sporting a fat but very smooth and comfortable “U” shaped neck, I was able to make very nimble runs up and down the fret board. The vintage wiring may not appeal to everyone, but I found the neck pickup (no tone control) to be very deep, warm and low sounding – perfect for old school jazz. With the middle position providing a very snappy tone, engaging a little overdrive reminded me of the old blues and juke joint music. Switching to the bridge pickup (to which you can blend a little of the neck pickup via the tone knob), I was surprised with how nasty but sweet this guitar can sound. Dialing in a little dirt or leaving it clean, the bridge position sparkled! The nicely done relic job and worn, comfortable neck make this guitar look and feel like a guitar that’s been playing the blues for decades. If you’re into Blues, Rock, Jazz, Honky Tonk or Country then this re-issued piece of history should be on the top of your wish list.

Fender® Custom Shop 66 Telecaster® Custom in Lake Placid Blue
Our Price:
$3,040.00
This Guitar Ships FREE to the lower 48 states!
Simply smashing! This Fender® Custom Shop ‘66 Telecaster® Custom in Lake Placid Blue looks like a throwback to a by-gone era. With its classy white binding, vintage styled tuners and gold hued dot markers, the stunning blue finish on this guitar really makes you feel like you’ve been transported back to the 1920’s.
The 60’s oval “C” neck feels a bit smaller than standard but allows you to wrap your whole hand around and use the thumb for some unique chording. And it plays quite fast – great for those quick Country licks and Rock solos! The medium jumbo frets feel great on this neck and keep bends from fretting out. I found this guitar to sound a bit darker than you’d expect when playing unplugged. However, that translates to a much more versatile, thicker tone that handles all styles equally well when plugged in. The ’63 neck pickup is warm and “tubular” sounding on a clean setting, but dirties up oh so purty when you need it. The middle position is a perfect blend of the neck and bridge pickups with a little spank that overdrives great – excellent for Country or Blues. The ’67 bridge pickup is twangy and sassy with a lot of punch and really rocks out with some overdrive.
This guitar is really top drawer, I mean really swingin’ man. Its upper crust looks and slightly darker tone make this beautiful Tele suitable for all occasions and styles. One can only imagine how swell this ritzy dame is going to look twenty years from now!

Well, if it’s true that Gentlemen Prefer Blondes then this little beauty should be at the top of every guy’s wish list. With a fantastic Ash body, see thru nitro finish and blonde neck / fretboard reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe herself, this Fender® Custom Shop Classic Telecaster® in Nocaster Blonde certainly has that 50’s vibe in spades.
But a few modern touches give it all the function and attitude needed for today’s guitarists. To start, the playability of this guitar is phenomenal! The beautiful modern “C” flamed neck feels a bit large but is lightning quick and feels like buttah with fast runs and huge bends seeming effortless. The modern bridge adds great sustain, the 4-way switch adds versatility and the action is just perfect. Unplugged, this guitar feels and sounds full and commanding. The Twisted Tele neck pickup offers up a glassy tone that is not too warm or muted like some neck pickups can be – perfect for the Jazz player. Kick it into overdrive and you’re in Blues-Rock heaven! Position 4 provides a little more quack for great Blues tone that drives nicely into heavy Blues and Rock territory. Switching to Position 2 yields far more clarity and brightness than Position 4, excellent for Country clean to Rock dirt. And the bridge position is a straight up Country twang-master with biting Rock tones when pushed.
The 50’s vibe of this Tele married with modern features deliver a huge variety of tones allowing you to cover a wide range of stylistic territory with both style and attitude. Not to mention this is one amazingly beautiful guitar. And after all, as Marilyn once said, “You wouldn't marry a girl for being pretty, but doesn't it help?"

Fender® Custom Shop Custom Deluxe Telecaster® in Dakota Red

“My baby drove up in a brand new Cadillac …” a 1959 12-bar blues song by Vince Taylor, originally released as a B-side and later covered by many groups and rocked up good ‘n nasty by The Clash in 1979. What does that have to do with this Fender® Custom Shop Custom Deluxe Telecaster®?
Well, Cadillac released the Dakota Red finish in 1958. This song comes out in ’59. Coincidence? Maybe – but I’m willing to bet the Caddy that inspired this great tune was rockin’ the same sweet Dakota Red finish as this axe! And once you get your hands on the smooth satin finish and notice how the beautiful AA Birdseye Maple neck, rosewood board and black pick guard accentuate the dark red contours of the Ash body, you’ll know this is truly the Cadillac of guitars. The large “V” neck is full and fat but very playable, and the heel carve allows for excellent upper fret access. Unplugged, you’ll find this guitar exhibits incredible sustain and resonance.
Plug in and the Twisted Tele pickup in the neck will reward you with a very clear but not overly dark tone that gives up Blues at its dirtiest when overdriven. The middle position is a good blend of neck and bridge pickups with a noticeable mid hump – perfect for belting out those harder edged Southern Rock tunes. Switching over to the Duncan BG-1400 pickup in the bridge yields classic Tele twang with sting and a firm growl when pushed, reminding me of Mike Campbell’s tone on those great old Tom Petty songs.
Like the ultra-smooth Caddy’s of old, this guitar is not for the shredder. Rather, this one is for the player who really likes to dig in and wring every last drop out of each note. Plug in and enjoy the ride …

Fender® Custom Shop LTD Limited Esquire® 2 Pickup in Black
Our Price:
$6,000.00
This Guitar Ships FREE in the USA
Like something that stepped right out of the Sun Records recording studio in the 50’s, this Fender® Custom Shop LTD Limited Esquire® reeks of old school country and early rock. The pine body keeps things very light weight but adds an acoustic resonance that makes this guitar sound great either plugged in or unplugged. And the thinner “V” neck allows even those of you with smaller hands to wrap your thumb around for cool chording options.
The neck pickup (sans tone control) exudes a mellow, woody sound and the middle position is more vibrant while still carrying that woody undertone. The bridge pickup is snappy and clear but can get warmer and fuller with a twist of the tone knob and made dialing in Carl Perkins style tones easy. Kicking in a little overdrive made this guitar come to life with shades of early Rolling Stones and Jeff Beck.
Overall, this Ltd Edition Esquire exhibits a great old school vibe with character galore. The woody tone reminds me of early 50’s records and those of you into Country, early Rock, Rockabilly, Jazz and maybe even Punk might find this is the missing piece of your tonal puzzle.
Our price includes personalized set up, original hardshell case, case candy, and certificate of authenticity and free shipping to the continental United States.

Fender® Custom Shop LTD Limited Esquire® in Black
Our Price:
$6,000.00
This Guitar Ships FREE in the USA
“Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce to you the Man in Black!” You can almost hear the “boom chicka boom” rhythms of Luther Perkins when you look at this beautiful Fender® Custom Shop LTD Limited Esquire® in Black. And the relic job on this one makes it look and feel as though Luther himself might have used it to back Johnny Cash for years.
The “U” shaped neck is full and fat but not unwieldy and the maple board shows off a nice flame. The pine body sits well and is nice and lightweight giving this guitar an excellent feel and tonality overall. The single Custom NoCaster® Vintage Tele® Single-Coil Pickup provides a surprisingly varied range of tones. In the neck position, the guitar gives off a mid-rangey, hollow sound while the bridge position is very bright and cuts through extremely well. The tone control is limited to the middle position, where the pickup ranges from bright and twangy to warm and soothing depending on the tone knob setting. Add in a little overdrive and this baby can get pretty gnarly without losing its cutting power. Not surprisingly, this guitar would be perfect for the Country picker or rhythm player and could easily cover Rockabilly and Early Rock styles. The thicker neck may be a challenge for smaller hands, but it’s not overwhelming and adds a bit of heft to the tone. So if you feel your inner “Luther” itching to come out, this one is sure to please!
Our price includes personalized set up, original hardshell case, case candy, certificate of authenticity and free shipping to the continental United States.
